ESPAÑA - MANDALAY
Salida desde el aeropuerto indicado con destino a Mandalay, noche a bordo.
MANDALAY
Llegada al aeropuerto de Mandalay. Un representante les recibirá en el aeropuerto, traslado y alojamiento en el hotel. Día libre con desayuno incluido.
MANDALAY (Desayuno/Cena)
A primera hora visitaremos temprano la colina de Mandalay y el espectacular mercado de Zegyo para conocer los productos típicos y disfrutar la actividad diaria del pueblo de Mandalay [excepto días festivos].
Día completo de excursión por los alrededores : visita de una de las antiguas capitales del Imperio Birmano, Amarapura, el monasterio de Mahagandayon, el famoso puente de U Bein, el más largo del mundo construido en madera de teca, y las ruinas de Inwa. Fundada en 1364, fue la capital real durante 400 años. Antes de la cena, caminaremos por el animado mercado nocturno de la calle 75, lleno de puestos de comida china y también de frutas, verduras y legumbres del país. Cena en un restaurante local y alojamiento.
MANDALAY - BAGAN (Desayuno)
A las 5:00 h nos dirigiremos al embarcadero para subir a bordo del barco y zarpar alrededor de las 6:00h. Navegaremos por el río Irrawaddy durante todo el día, disfrutando del paisaje, y parando en alguno de los poblados típicos enclavados a orillas del río. Llegada a Bagan sobre las 17:00h de la tarde. Traslado al hotel y alojamiento.
BAGAN (Desayuno)
Día completo en uno de los más impresionantes yacimientos arqueológicos de Asia, los Templos de Bagan. Los puntos de interés incluyen el mercado diario Nyaung Oo y las pagodas más bellas junto a las pinturas y formas más antiguas cómo las de los templos de Shwezigon, Wetkyi-in-Gubyaukgyi, Ananda y Ananda Ok Kyaung.
Después de un descanso, visita a los artesanos tradicionales de la técnica de lacado y una de las pagodas de más interés del lugar, Dhammayangyi Pahto.
Al atardecer, seremos testigos de una memorable puesta de sol en una colina. Alojamiento.
BAGAN : MTE. POPA Y ZEE (Desayuno)
Salida en vehículo hacia Monte Popa, un volcán extinguido en cuya cima se encuentra el templo Taung Kalat. Se considera la morada religiosa de los Nats (espíritus de los dioses) y desde lo alto (se sube por una escalera con 777 escaleras) tendremos una vista panorámica de la región.
De regreso a Bagan, visitaremos el pueblo de Zee O - los árboles de tamarindo de varios miles de años son uno de sus atractivos - y los restos prehistóricos de los talleres de herrería y los fósiles de madera repartidos por la zona. Veremos la producción de aceite de palma el tradicional estilo de vida rural de Zee O y actividades en comunidad.
BAGAN - HEHO - INLE (Desayuno)
A primera hora, traslado al aeropuerto y vuelo a Heho, en el pintoresco Estado de Shan. Seguimos hacia Pindaya para ver sus extensas cuevas de roca caliza con cerca de 8.000 estatuas de Buda de distintos materiales y tamaños colocadas a lo largo de los siglos.
Continuamos el viaje hasta Lago Inle a través de montañas, arrozales y cultivos de todo tipo, parando en los poblados de las minorías étnicas PaO y Danu, para conocer su estilo de vida tradicional. Llegada al lago y primera toma de contacto con la zona. Alojamiento.
INLE (Desayuno/Cena)
Después del desayuno navegaremos en una barca privada para explorar el Lago Inle.
Los puntos de interés son: el mercado local si coincide (rota de un pueblo a otro excepto en días de luna llena y de luna nueva), el pueblo de Inn Paw Khone - artesanos textiles que trabajan la seda y la Flor de Loto, el poblado flotante de Ywama, la Pagoda Phaungaw Daw Oo, el Monasterio Nge Phe Kyaung y el poblado Se Gaung. Alojamiento.
INLE (Desayuno)
Navegamos durante dos o tres horas hacia las pagodas del siglo XVII de Indein, entre estrechos riachuelos y los famosos jardines flotantes para alcanzar las áreas más densas del lago. Exploraremos los alrededores de Indein y los poblados PaO.
Nos dirigiremos de nuevo al embarcadero para regresar al hotel, observando a los pescadores locales y las maravillosas vistas del atardecer del lago Inle. Alojamiento.
INLE - HEHO - YANGON (Desayuno/Cena)
Traslado al aeropuerto de Heho para tomar el vuelo con destino Yangon.
Visita del Buda reclinado Chauk Htat Gyi y el Milk Market, que a pesar de ser poco conocido, es muy interesante.
A continuación, exploraremos el mercado Bogyoke Aung San [excepto los lunes y días festivos] de artesanía tradicional, antes de visitar la impresionante Shwedagon Pagoda, el monumento religioso más importante del país, en un atardecer místico y lleno de colores.
Conoceremos el animado China Town y el mercado nocturno de Yangon, que nos permitirá conocer la gran actividad de la ciudad, y las costumbres del multicultural pueblo de Yangon. Cena de despedida en un restaurante local. Alojamiento.
