ESPAÑA - KATHMANDU
Salida desde el aeropuerto indicado con destino a Kathmandu, noche a bordo.
KATHMANDU
Llegada al aeropuerto de Kathmandu. Recogida de equipajes, recepción y traslado al hotel. Kathmandu, es la capital y centro político y cultural de Nepal. Situada a 1336 m de altura en un amplio valle flanqueado por altas montañas, es un centro cultural lleno de arte y tradición. Alojamiento en el hotel.
KATHMANDU - POKHARA (Desayuno)
Desayuno. Salida por carretera a Pokhara en una larga jornada a través de bellos valles con una variada vegetación. Llegada y traslado al Hotel. Pokhara, situada en un valle a orillas del Lago Phewa a los pies de los Annapurnas, donde la visión de las cumbres nevadas del Himalaya ejerce un magnetismo especial, es el punto de partida para realizar buena parte de los trekkings en esta zona, convirtiéndose hoy en un importante centro de actividades de aventura. Alojamiento en el hotel.
POKHARA (Desayuno)
Desayuno. Salida para ver la puesta de sol en Nagarkot una colina cerca de la ciudad que nos permitirá contemplar un extraordinario panorama de los Anapurnas (si el tiempo lo permite)Recorrido panorámico para conocer el templo BindaVasini, uno de los más antiguos y venerados situado en lo alto de una colina, La Garganta Seti, misteriosa maravilla, originada por el glaciar del Pico Fishtail, cuyas aguas atraviesan la ciudad, las Cataratas Devis cuya agua se origina en el Lago Phewa y forma una maravilla natural con un gran volumen de agua, el Puente Ki Singh y el antiguo mercado de los refugiados tibetanos de Tashiling que se establecieron desde 1959. Terminaremos nuestro recorrido con un apacible paseo en barca por el Lago Pewa desde podremos contemplar el encanto natural del entorno de la ciudad. Tarde libre. Alojamiento en el hotel.
POKHARA - P.N. CHITWAN (Desayuno/Almuerzo/Cena)
Desayuno. Salida por carretera hasta el P.N. de Chitwan , el más grande de Nepal y una de las reservas más ricas de Asia, con una extensión de casi 1000 Km2, está declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad desde 1984. Destaca por la variedad de especies animales como el rinoceronte asiático de un solo cuerno, ciervos, osos, jabalíes, leopardos, cocodrilos, tigres de Bengala y más de 815 especies de aves. Por la tarde, visita del parque. Alojamiento en el Lodge.
P.N. CHITWAN (Desayuno/Almuerzo/Cena)
Día completo dedicado a actividades en la jungla, con una charla informativa por los naturistas del parque realizando un safari a lomos de elefante de 2-3 horas para observar la vida salvaje, paseos en vehículos 4x4, recorridos en canoa o paseos a pie por los alrededores del parque y contemplar la variedad ornitológica. Alojamiento en el Lodge.
P.N. CHITWAN - KATHMANDU (Desayuno)
Desayuno. Salida por carretera de regreso a Kathmandu. Alojamiento en el hotel.
KATHMANDU - SWAYAMBUNATH - PATAN (Desayuno/Almuerzo)
Desayuno. Salida en autocar para ascender la colina de Swayambu, desde donde hay excelentes vistas sobre el Valle de Katmandú. Visita de la Estupa de Swayambunath, de rito budista-newari. Posteriormente nos desplazaremos a la ciudad de Patan, para visitar su Plaza Durbar, en la que se alinean, frente a la fachada del antiguo palacio real una profusión de templos y pagodas, creando una rica panorámica. Visitaremos el Templo de Oro, en realidad un pequeño convento budista-newari.
Almuerzo en Patan. Regresaremos a la Ciudad de Katmandú para terminar nuestra visita en su Plaza Durbar, en donde observaremos el impresionante Templo de Kali y donde también giraremos visita a la Kumari, la diosa viviente, un mito cuyos orígenes nos acercarán al conocimiento del hinduismo tántrico dominante en el Valle de Katmandú. Alojamiento en el hotel.
